Newseum Picks

I picked this front page because of the feature story. I really liked the images used and the over all design. The use of side-bars also really helped the design.

I picked this front page because of the graphics on the title bar. This paper integrated a featured story into the publication's title, increasing the page's capacity for content.

This paper had a very cool layout overall. I liked the image use in the title along with the photographs. The layout and picture placement makes sort of a staircase pattern going up the page.

Roof-Top Photography

Sara takes a few test shots.

So we decided to do a little photo shoot on the roof.

Anna channels Edie Sedgwick and strikes a pose.

That was one heavy-duty strobe light.

Sara gets down and dirty for a new angle.

I almost fell off the roof trying to get this shot.

Our neighbors stepped outside for a cigarette only to find three crazy girls standing on top of the roof.
